This blog is supported by the staff of Associated Services for Computing (ASC).  Those that have been here before will notice that we no longer have advertisements at the top of the page.  ASC will add new entries to this blog when relevant timely information occurs pertaining to information security.  Sometimes things get a little hectic and no posts will be made during the week.  Whenever this occurs we will endeavor to review the week's events and post one or more entries over the weekend.

This is not meant to be a technical blog.  As a result, technical issues will only be introduced when they are  appropriate for management and the general public.  If there appears to be a bias towards the financial services industry, health care and information technology that is because that is where our practice is focused.
